Rate value of hotel condition was very poor (bathroom, dusty, staff service)
Very well located in Perth relative to City areas.
The great customer service made the difference!
Bed was too hard for our liking, but nothing major. It would have also been nice to have complimentary shower cap and body lotion in the bathroom facilities.
Really liked the fact that when I missed my plane they changed my booking and didn't just take my nights payment. I travel a lot to Perth and this will make me come here every time. Thank you
The proximity to the concert hall and the City centre and the complimentary newspapers. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and good value..
The stay was very relaxing.
Parking (nil) This is the first hotel I have stayed at that does not have it's own parking. Consider the cost of the room, ad then add $20 - $30 per day.
Location great, restaurant very nice. We have already booked again for our next trip to Perth.
i like the the balcony.
the internet fee is expensive, and there is no free car parking.
Central location for city shopping. Close to facilities like buses, trains etc; and most things are a small cab fare away.
Bathrooms need refurbishment very grotty. Noise from outside like buses and trafic, Also the noise from outside eating/dining bar and restaraunt. Then on checking out being advised on check out that 1.5% surcharge because we used a credit card to settle our account.
Situated in CBD which was great. Bus stop right out front. Close to shops and restaurants.
A little noisy near the road, room was relatively basic
We got a free update for a suite instead of a regular room. Very much appreciated! Pure luxury and comfort.
A pity the hotel does not provide parking or valet service.
I had a room with a terrace. The view from the terrace was very good.
It is just a bit too far from the main downtown areas.
It ws close to the city - and as we had not been to Perth in a long time so it was convenient.
I stayed in Oct / Nov was very impressed with checkin, the room quality (on the 4th floor), and general service of the staff - hence why I booked for Sat 12 and Sun 13th Feb.
The room 703 wasnt to the same standard as my previous stay, room was grubby, housekeeping less than satisfactory i.e. phlegm on the bathroom door, bathroom floor had beach sand and if you going to make the bed do it properly, the lady at reception was abrupt and less than courteous (checked in approx 5pm), the staff for breakfast were inattentive, had to ask repeatively (as did other guests) to replentish bread, eggs bacon etc as ther were none. The boys were most annoyed for interupting their conversation (in Indian), tables were cluttered with used dirty plates etc I observed one guest get very annoyed and stormed out due to their arrogance. As I visit Perth every month for business from Sydney, I doubt I will stay again.
The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was awful - avoided after the first morning.
